Stay at Clober Farm

Clober Farm is a converted farmhouse apartment and grounds. The original property and grounds were bequeathed to Spinal Injuries Scotland in 2007 by the late Viv Donaldson (Physiotherapist at the Queen Elizabeth National Spinal Injuries Unit in Glasgow and Spinal Injuries Scotland Member) and, following the extensive renovations, was officially opened by our Honorary President HRH The Princess Royal in 2012.

Clober Farm is a self-catering fully accessible apartment that can sleep up to 6 people, in three bedrooms. First and foremost the situation of the house offers quietness and relaxation. There is level access throughout and a combined kitchen/living area with patio doors leading onto a patio area and landscaped garden filled with herbaceous plants and a sensory garden for guests to enjoy, including a ramped wooden summerhouse.

The Master Bedroom has a Liko 200 ceiling tracking hoist, height adjustable profiling bed and Invacare pressure relief air mattress, plus a second single bed and ensuite wetroom with shower chairs provided and right-hand transfer accessible toilet.

One double room with double bed and one twin room with two single beds.

Family bathroom with over bath shower, height adjustable sink and accessible left-hand transfer toilet.

Private accessible parking is immediately in front of the building. There is space for two vehicles and parking is free.

We welcome assistance dogs and pets but would ask that guests refrain from smoking in the premises.

Clober Farm is situated less than an hour from Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park and only 7 miles from Glasgow.

Milngavie has train links to Glasgow and Edinburgh, plus a pedestrianised precinct with independent retailers and eateries.

For more information or to book your stay please visit www.cloberfarm.co.uk or call 0141 427 7686
