Spinal Injuries Scotland is a national voluntary organsation concerned with helping new and long term spinal cord injured people, their families and friends, along with those involved in the management, care and rehabilitation of the injury. 

Our charitable aim is ‘The advancement of health’. 

The charity is committed to taking part in research to best support our members in achieving this.
